From December 15 to December 22, 2024, specialists from Supreme Pharmatech Manufacturing (Azerbaijan) tested a new method of pulse nano treatment of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice grown in Azerbaijan.

Pomegranate juice has many health benefits due to its high antioxidant content, which helps strengthen the immune system and protect the body's cells from the harmful effects of free radicals. Pomegranate juice also helps improve blood circulation and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Of particular interest is the anti-cancer potential of pomegranate juice, as studies show its ability to slow the growth of tumors and prevent their formation.

The 8-day testing clearly showed that the samples processed by the new method were not susceptible to the spread of fungal mold, while untreated samples had well-developed mold colonies. The test results showed 100% efficiency of pulse nano treatment of freshly squeezed juice.

The pulse nano treatment device was developed jointly with specialists from Supreme Pharmatech (Thailand) and is the first device of this class in the world. Pulse nano treatment does not increase the temperature of the processed substance, thereby preserving all the beneficial properties of nutrients in the product.

The testing process showed that the new method can replace the heat treatment process, as well as eliminate the use of preservatives. This is a revolutionary step to change production standards, improve the nutritional value of food products and their anti-cancer potential.

The companies' immediate plans include the creation of a joint experimental nano-laboratory in Azerbaijan and subsequent patenting of this invention.
