On September 24th, 2024, all pharmaceutical plants of Nutri-Max Biotech, Complete Pharma, Supreme Pharmatech, and Supreme Nanobiotics merged into the NANOBIOTICA Group. As a result of the merger, the NANOBIOTICA Group will be the largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical nanomaterials in Southeast Asia.

The products of the NANOBIOTICA Group will be supplied not only under the already well-known brands Nutri-Max, Complete, and Supreme, but also under the new brand NANOBIOTICA. Specialists from all pharmaceutical plants have been working on the creation of a new generation of nano-drugs since the end of 2022, and the creation of the NANOBIOTICA Group is a logical completion of this work.

The new generation of nano-drugs will be offered to global buyers under the NANOBIOTICA brand as early as the beginning of 2025.
