The R&D department of Supreme Pharmatech has successfully developed a novel method for the mass production of nanoliposomes.

The main principle of this method was first postulated by a group of Japanese researchers almost 30 years ago.
The new method is based on the usage of naturally occurring polyols as emulsifiers. In addition, it does not use any toxic solvents and is a truly eco-friendly technology. Several European and US-based pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers had participated in the project and new types of processing machines were proposed and successfully tested.
This method is 30% more energy-efficient and can make nanoliposomes faster and more stable than any other existing mass-production method. The efficiency of the new method can be partly attributed to a novel theory of using variable electromagnetic fields in the thermo-processing of liquids. Moreover, this innovative method allows us to produce nanoliposomes with a size of less than 300 nm without the use of high pressure or filtration.

These results were confirmed by the National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC) of Thailand.
Our nanoliposomes are entirely made from high-quality natural ingredients. Due to the poor absorption of most supplements, we use nanoliposomal encapsulation technology to protect and deliver nutrients directly into the bloodstream by increasing their bioavailability. This helps to improve nutrient absorption and reduces intestinal discomfort as compared to traditional oral supplements.
Currently, our method can be considered to be the most cost-effective and advanced method for the mass-production of nanoliposomes. The company has the intention to patent this new method under the name of the “Supreme Quanta Magnetic Method” (SQMM).
