Glutathione can fight against alzheimer disease!

Glutathione is the most abundant and versatile endogenous antioxidant with many enzyme systems to enhance its function. American researchers published an article about elevating glutathione levels as a therapeutic strategy in Alzheimer's disease (AD). The results show that glutathione can decrease oxidative stress, which is a known characteristic of AD. Therefore, increasing glutathione is a promising therapeutic strategy to slow or prevent AD. In order to improve the bioavailability and stability of oral glutathione, nanoliposomal glutathione is preferable.
