Grape can fight against kidney stone!

Korean researchers published a study about the potential of resveratrol against kidney stones. The study mentions that resveratrol exerts anti-nephrolithic potential via inhibition of specific signaling pathways. Resveratrol can be consumed daily, but its oral form seems not to be effective. In order to increase its oral absorption, nanoliposomal resveratrol is preferable due to its higher bioavailability and stability.
