Spandidose Publication, a scientific publisher in the biomedical sciences field, shares a study about curcumin and its therapeutic effects to inhibit the growth of liver cancer. The study mentions that curcumin can inhibit the growth of liver cancer stem cells through the regulating signaling pathways and also reduce the recurrence of liver cancer. Consuming curcumin daily is recommended to reduce the risk of liver cancer. However, oral curcumin has less than 1% of bioavailability. To increase its oral bioavailability the usage of nanoliposomal curcumin is preferable.
